Your perfect diet plan must match with your daily routine. You should decide on a time at which you have to consume your diet on daily basis for a sufficient period of time. If you have designed a perfect diet with all the necessary nutrients but you are not consuming your meal at the right time and in the right portions, then all you efforts will be in vain and in the end, the result will be a complete failure.
Lastly, your nutritious or perfect diet must include fruits and vegetables which are high in vitamins, proteins, iron and other necessary nutrients.
